On Saturday, October 22, TOC hosted its Northern California Annual Meeting at Golden Gate Fields. Attendees heard a State of Address by TOC Chairman, Gary Fenton, and had the opportunity to meet and chat with TOC board members and staff as well as participate in a lively question and answer session.
