On Sunday, March 5, the Thoroughbred Owners of California (TOC) and Santa Anita Park hosted an Owner Appreciation Reception on the Chandelier Balcony. This social event allowed owners to meet with one another and speak with TOC staff and board members. Owners and guests got to enjoy great racing, delicious food, and wonderful company.
