We work to accomplish our mission through ongoing negotiations and public advocacy in a variety of areas:
Negotiation and enforcement of statutorily mandated horsemen’s agreements with each of the licensed Thoroughbred racing associations.
Approval of wagering agreements between racing associations and other tracks, OTB operators and ADW companies.
Advocacy on all issues impacting Thoroughbred owners before the CHRB, California Legislature and the US Congress.
