The Thoroughbred Owners of California (TOC) is hosting an orientation at Santa Anita & Golden Gate Fields for new owners to become familiar with the ins & outs of the track. We will begin in the TOC Office and visit the following offices for a quick introduction and brief Q&A: CHRB, Paymaster, Racing and Track Photographer.
