TOC invites all members to the 2009 Annual Meeting at the Del Mar Racetrack on Saturday, August 22, beginning at 9:00 a.m. We think you'll enjoy this year's annual meeting, which combines our business meeting with a breakfast in one location -- the Veranda Cafe. A complimentary breakfast will be offered, followed by the general business meeting, a question-and-answer session, and a chance to meet and mingle with TOC’s newly-elected Board of Directors and staff.

Think you can pick winners? If so the TOC Owners Challenge is your shot at the title, National Handicapper of the Year. The TOC Owner’s Challenge will be held following the morning business meeting.
