The TOC Owners Challenge is a handicapping contest for TOC members only and sponsored by TVG. The Owners Challenge is a non-wagering contest of skill that will take place on August 18, 2007 at the TOC’s Annual Meeting. Below you will find some Fast Facts to assist you in answering some of the basic questions surrounding the contest. For complete details please refer to our Official Rules and Regulations.

Location:
Time: Annual Meeting begins 11:30 a.m., Contest immediately following.
Eligibility: Licensed TOC members only, capped at 300 participants
(Must be licensed on or before June 1, 2007).
Cost: Free to enter, one entry per TOC member, must be present to participate.
Format: $2 mythical Win/Place on one horse in each live race from
Scoring: Winners will be determined by the total combined mythical mutuels of all contest races capped at 20-1 for win and 10-1 for place.
